1 General Terms & Eligibility

By using the aa999 website and its related services, you acknowledge that you have fully read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions. These terms govern your relationship with aa999 and define the rights and responsibilities of both parties.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account and use any service on the aa999 platform, you must be at least 21 years of age. aa999 follows an age verification process at the time of registration. Any attempt to open an account by providing false information will result in the immediate termination of that account.

2.2 One Account Policy

Only one account per person is permitted. If a single person is found to hold multiple accounts, aa999 reserves the right to close them and forfeit any deposited funds.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

Providing accurate and truthful information at the time of registration is mandatory. Your name, mobile number, and payment account details must be consistent. If any discrepancy is found, withdrawals may be put on hold.

• All registration information must be true and accurate.
• You must use a mobile banking account registered in your own name.
• Transactions using third-party accounts are not permitted.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount at aa999 is ৳200. aa999 supports transactions through the following mobile banking methods only:

• bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile payment method.
• Nagad — The digital payment service of Bangladesh Post Office.
• Rocket — The mobile banking service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.
• Upay — The digital wallet service of UCB Bank.

Please include the correct reference number and amount when making a deposit. aa999 will not be responsible for any delays caused by incorrect information.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10–45 minutes. Withdrawals can only be made to a registered mobile banking account.

3.3 Transaction Verification

aa999 reserves the right to verify any transaction. If there is suspicion of fraudulent activity, withdrawals may be temporarily suspended and additional documentation may be requested.

4 Bonus & Promotional Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at aa999 will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳2,000 bonus → Total balance ৳3,000.
• Deposit ৳22,000 or more → Maximum ৳20,000 bonus → Total ৳42,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A 10x wagering requirement must be met before withdrawing the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 10 = ৳20,000 in wagers required before bonus winnings become withdrawable.

4.3 Bonus Usage Policy

• Bonuses are only usable on specific games on the platform.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time.
• Any attempt to obtain bonuses through fraudulent means will result in cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• aa999 reserves the right to modify or discontinue any promotional offer at any time.

5 Fair Use & Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the aa999 platform:

• Multiple Accounts: Holding or operating more than one account for the same person.
• Bots & Automation: Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play games.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to influence game outcomes.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform for the purpose of laundering illegal funds.
• System Exploitation: Placing calculated bets with the intent to exploit loopholes in bonuses or promotions.
• Hacking: Any attempt to breach the platform's security systems.

If any such activity is detected, the relevant account will be immediately and permanently closed, and any accumulated winnings may be forfeited. aa999 may also take legal action if necessary.

6 VIP Program & Cashback Policy

Members of aa999 can earn VIP status based on regular play. There are currently four VIP tiers:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.2%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.4%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.6%.
• Platinum: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%.

Advancement through VIP tiers depends on regular play and is determined at aa999's discretion. For details on cashback amounts and timelines, please contact the aa999 support team. aa999 reserves the right to modify the VIP program terms at any time.

7 Responsible Gaming Policy

If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue to be fully effective. Both the English and Bengali versions of these terms are valid; however, in the event of a dispute, the Bengali version will take precedence.
